The Porch

Our Barn’s wrap-around covered Porch is the perfect place to host an outdoor celebration! Rustic high-top tables and old-fashioned rocking chairs provide shaded seating for guests while they enjoy the view of our two ponds, the deck, our perennial gardens, and the open countryside. The lawn is the perfect place to set up outdoor games and enjoy the fresh air! An outdoor bar and hors d’ouevres station make serving refreshments a breeze. Access to indoor restrooms. Includes 1/2 hour before, 1/2 hour after for set up and clean up. Limit 30 guests.

The Lodge

Our brand-new party room is ready for your celebration! The Lodge is our newest event space for indoor gatherings, featuring a semi-vaulted ceiling, authentic wood floors and wainscoting, and wall to wall windows, this charming room is just the spot for smaller get togethers. Our rustic farm tables and chairs for guest seating, and a kitchenette and catering counter for all your serving needs included! Includes 1/2 hour before and 1/2 hour after for set up and clean up. Limit 20 guests.

The Barn

Our climate-controlled Barn is conveniently modern with a quaint rustic charm and ideal for Birthday and Anniversary Parties, Baby and Bridal Showers, Family Gatherings, Holiday Celebrations and Professional or Social Events any time of year. It's any season, any reason at the farm. Limit 140 guests.

Rental includes:

  • Use of Barn, covered Porch, Courtyard, Lawn and Gardens
  • Indoor or Outdoor Bar for serving refreshments
  • Use of Kitchen and Buffet Room for food service
  • Round tables with linens and chairs set for your event
  • An assortment of small tables available for cakes, gifts, displays, etc.
  • One hour prior and post event for decorating and set up/clean up and break down free of charge
  • Event manager on site
  • Indoor restrooms/handicap restroom
  • Handicap parking and accessibility
